What is Alively Box?

Alively is an empowering subscription box for moms expertly curated to bring health, happiness, and relaxation straight to your doorstep. Think of it as self-care on cruise control. Through Alively, the most empowering self-care subscription box on the planet, moms can put their needs first with this monthly care package expertly curated to bring health, happiness, and relaxation straight to their doorstep. 

Is Alively gluten-free?

The products in Alively do not inherently contain wheat or gluten. However, some products may share equipment in a facility that produces wheat or gluten. With that in mind, please make a purchase that best suits your dietary needs.

How are the boxes priced?

Each box contains an average value of $100+ worth of high-quality products from reputable companies and artisans. Subscriptions start at $39.95/month + flat-rate shipping ($6 for U.S. and $15 Canada). Longer-term packages are available at a discounted monthly price. 

When does my box ship?

Our monthly boxes ship on or near the 18th of every month. Cut off for orders is the 14th of the month, so if you order after the 14th, you are subscribing for the following month and it will ship on or near the 18th of next month.  Packages arrive to most US addresses within just a few days of shipping. All international orders have an estimated 7 to 14 days for delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to both U.S. and Canada. However, we want Alively to be accessible to EVERY MOM. We are currently evaluating the option to ship worldwide. If you are interested in Alively outside of the U.S. and Canada, we would love to hear from you.  Please note Alively is not responsible for any applicable governmental  taxes/fees for international shipments that may arise.

Can I send a one-time gift?

Yes! When you check out, click the “This is a gift” option, and make sure you don’t click “automatically renew this subscription.”

When and how often will I be billed?

Subscriptions auto renew on the 25th of the month (after receiving your first shipment and unless purchased as a one-time gift).

Can I skip a month?

If you are on month-to-month and just want to skip a month, you can always log into your account and under "Your Subscription(s)" click Edit, then "Skip Next Renewal." You can also email us anytime (using the link below) and we will make any changes you need.
